Implementation

We take overall responsibility, from project management to implementation. We coordinate everything from tenant adaptations to procurement of new and repurposed furnishings, including all services required in the different phases of the project. Our experienced team ensures a smooth move, efficient installation and professional assembly — for a seamless transition to your new environment.

Tenant adaptation

If the premises need to be adapted and optimized according to your needs, we coordinate the entire process — from planning to redevelopment and implementation — together with architects, property owners and contractors, with the goal of creating a functional and attractive working environment that matches both the lease and your wishes.

Procurement and purchasing

Mounting & installation

Move & Relocation Project Management

Faced with a change in your physical environment, it is crucial that everything happens in the right order and according to plan. Yllw's project manager ensures smooth, efficient moving project management within time and budget. We also handle the move itself, from packing and marking to transportation and unpacking, without interruption in your operations.

Closure of existing office

When the office is to be dismantled, we make sure that everything is done correctly, from start to handover. We ensure that the settlement complies with the lease agreement and agreements with the property owner, and we take overall responsibility for the process and ensure that you can leave the premises smoothly and correctly without burdening internal resources.

Ongoing service & maintenance

Yllw offers service and maintenance that extends the life of your interior. We take care of adjustments, repairs, additions, warranty matters as well as cleaning and ongoing maintenance.
